Registration for Returning Students, Active Church Members and Active Military will start on
Monday, Feb. 3rd, 2024 at 10 a.m. and ends Thursday, Feb. 6th at 7 p.m.
The due date for completed registration forms and payment is Friday, Feb. 21st by 2:00 p.m.

Registration for New Students will start on
Monday, Feb. 10th at 10 a.m. and ends Thursday, Feb. 13th at 7 p.m.

Please register only during your designated time period. If the class you are requesting is full, please call the
preschool office at (727) 479-0420 to be placed on the waitlist.

Required Registration Forms 2025 - 2026 School Year

Every line on the Enrollment Form must be filled out completely. Leaving blank spaces or writing “same as above” will delay your child’s enrollment. If your child does not have a dentist, please fill in that space with your child’s pediatrician’s name and address.

As of September 1, 2015 exemptions are no longer accepted.
All children enrolled must have current Immunization & Health forms.

Unless you are on the waitlist, please print a completed copy of your Enrollment Forms and return them along with the $150 dollar non-refundable registration fee (and $100 for sibling) made payable to Heritage United Methodist Church by the date above. Please be aware that registering your child online is only a reservation. This reservation will be confirmed when the completed forms and fees are returned by their due date listed above.

A supply fee of $200 will be due with the first tuition payment made August 1st, 2024. VPK students do not have a supply fee owed, however a $200 donation is suggested. 

Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) students do not pay a Registration Fee. Parents are responsible for returning the Enrollment Forms and a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) from the Early Learning Coalition of Pinellas County Office to the preschool by the above date. VPK applications are now being accepted through the online VPK system only. Eligible families are encouraged to go online, at any time to complete their 2023-2024 Fall VPK applications via the Florida’s Early Learning Family Portal.

  • Private Pay VPK: Monday through Friday $ 425

We are conducting in person tours by appointment only.  Please contact us using our Contact Form, email or call us to schedule your tour.  After June 3rd our school will be closed for the summer, phone messages will be checked periodically, the contact form and email are the best ways to reach us.
